Dog FoulingThis has become more of a problem in recent months, it’s not just unpleasant for adults we have families here with young children. It’s not just unpleasant it is also a health risk for children. legally a dog owner is responsible for cleaning up after their pet.Dogs not on leads are often the culprits as these dogs are not so closely monitored by their owners.We have also had complaints from trades working on the estate on this subject.I have raised this issue with MSB the Managing Agent asking them to communicate with all leaseholders on the subject when they send out the next Service Charge communication.
